How will Americans react when the Chinese are able to land on the moon when we can't?

Excuse me for saying this, but where in your dumb a.. does it say on the moon that Americans have claimed the moon? The plaque left by Apollo 11 says "Here Men from the Planet Earth First Set Foot Upon the Moon July 1969, A.D. We Came In Peace For ALL MANKIND". If China is able to establish a moon base, then I am sure it will be celerbrated as an acheivement for ALL MANKIND. You are excused for being stupid.
