Help with asking my boyfriend to the sadie hawkins dance?

so its a sadie hawkins dance and i need to ask my boyfriend. he always makes fun of my driving and parking so i was thinking about asking him with a remote control car. i was going to drive it up to him and have a note on it. i just dont know what to write on the note. any ideas? also when would you think the best time to ask would be? thanks
