Should i help this dog to escape or not?

of course you should help him escape thats horrible i wouldve slapped that lady. I'm all for helping animals out of situations like this. I've actually stolen a dog from my neighbor and now my sister has her and loves her to death. Good luck and i hope you're right about strays surviving out there.
