What if there is a rapture of the spirit and the resurection is both body and spirit? ?

i know and beleive that the spirit can be taken when seeing the calamity that existed in new orleans and Katrina. those that were taken seem to be the ones that died. those that remained were those that were spared from death. Yet, i can see where the angels of the harvest take the spirits of people. and i also conclude that even people who disapear might have been taken both bodily and spirit. i also concede there are people who kidnap people and they just simply "disapear". what is the the true answer to rapture and resurrection and the "added" subtitle of translation?
