Germany has a Rich Culture and are a proud people, I spent two years over there, Even during the 2nd World War, despite the Atrocities, You can admire How Germany, a Bankrupt and defeated country after WW1 , rose to just one step from Global domination, They developed a Lot of Thecnology during that time, though for the wrong person and reasons, it is a shame it could not have been done for the greater good
