Work in Singapore or Canada?

Hi there. I am a fresh graduate from Switzerland in BA of Hotel and Event Management. I am now doing my in-training in Canada. My working experience is only about 10 months long. As I have realize looking for a hospitality job is not easy here in Canada especially I am not a permanent residents or citizen. I am a Malaysian citizen now on my visitor visa to do my in-training in a small organization. May I know would it be easier for me to look for a job in Singapore or Canada? As pay wise which one is better? Which country can allow me to save more money? As the taxes is very high here in Canada. What about Singapore?
